Some things just aren’t meant to be. We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 28 days of delivery. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interest of hygiene, earrings, cosmetics and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time. Swimwear may not be returned if the hygiene seal is broken. No items may be returned or exchanged between major holidays, ie; Halloween, Black Friday and Cyber Monday or on December 26 and 27. Final sale merchandise and items discounted 50% and more cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. Shipping fees, customs & duties charges are non-refundable.

Très Fancy is glad to offer a Full Satisfaction Guarantee and will accept returns within 28 days from delivery date of your merchandise. Please note, Return Authorization Numbers must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return unsuitable items.

In case, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund, store credit or an exchange.

* WHERE RETURN SHIPPING, SHIPPING COST, CUSTOMS & DUTIES CHARGES ARE APPLICABLE, EVEN IF THE SHIPMENT WAS FREE OF CHARGE WHEN PLACING THE ORDER. THESE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT. IF OPTING FOR STORE CREDIT, TRES FANCY WILL COVER THE COST OF ANY CHARGES INCURRED.

You may return your item to us within 14 calendar days. The countdown starts from the date you received the item to the time you fill out the Online Returns Form.

*** Due to regulatory or hygiene issues, certain product categories or conditions cannot be returned due to Change of mind or Refused shipment. You don’t have an automatic right to get your money back if you just change your mind about something you’ve bought and there’s nothing wrong with it. Please find the list below:

  • All swimwear and underwear
  • All products shipped from overseas or from other countries
  • All products delivered by seller after signing the delivery slip
  • Special order* something that deteriorates quickly - like flowers or food, an item that was personalized or custom-made for you, pre-order and made to order items, anything from a private individual rather than a business, a CD, DVD or software if you break the seal on the wrapping, etc...

Mandatory: For all returns, the original product packaging and price tags must be returned along with the item. If not, the return will not be accepted.

NOTE: In the unlikely event that your return is invalid, our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you.

Original Shipping and handling charges are non-refundableand will be deducted from the refund amount, even if the shipment was free of charge when placing the order. You'll also have to pay the cost of posting something back to our warehouse. We recommend using a shipping method that can be tracked and insured for your protection, we are not responsible for any loss or damages from the shipment until it reaches us.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
  • If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

  • For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Très Fancy reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
  • Customers that refuse shipments and/or fail to claim packages shipped to them will be charged double the shipping fee to cover transportation cost both ways and restocking fees incurred while returning the goods to Très Fancy. This amount will not be refunded to your credit card. (The refusal fee is 25% restocking fees + shipping & handling charges).
What is the return policy for bundled items? 
  • For Bundled Items, all items in the bundle must be returned in order for the return to be processed.
What is the return policy for items delivered by the seller? 
  • You may only return the item if it is defective or damaged. Once the proof of delivery has been signed, you may not return the item under Change of Mind.
Does Très Fancy offer a replacement for valid returned items and canceled orders?
  • Yes. However, you will need to ask for the replacement immediately upon returning the item or within 24rs of orders being canceled. 
Please note: Online orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order. However, if you have chosen to Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store or Same-Day Delivery, you only have 15 minutes to cancel your order.
  • To ensure efficient shipping of your order we aim to have the parcel dispatched as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this does mean that once you have confirmed your order you will not be able to make amendments to the order. We are also unable to add coupon codes to orders once they have been placed.

Note: Accepting your request is up to the individual seller. Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel your order.

CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED

  • The shipping address you provide MUST be a valid address with a postal service. We are not responsible for the orders which are sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses filled in our website. If you want to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible, it can be changed when the order has not been shipped out. 
  • Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it, please do ensure there will be someone available to sign for your parcel.
  • Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve our right to cancel your order. Our Customer Service team will notify you of the cancellation and/or such conditions as soon as reasonably practicable after you place your order.

    • Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
    • Final sale merchandise and items discounted 50% and more cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Shipping fees, customs & duties charges are non-refundable.
    Condition:
    • The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to ensure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
    • Shipping from Très Fancy back to the Customer for replacement items will be complimentary, with no additional cost. In the case of exchanging with a lower value item, the difference will be provided as a store credit.
    • Replacement items will be shipped from Très Fancy back to the customer at no additional cost. In the case of an exchange for a lower value item, the difference will be provided as a store credit.
      Gift Card
      • The gift card is redeemable for merchandise at any Très Fancy online store, it has no value unless paid for and activated. Issuance and use of this gift card constitute acceptance of the following terms and conditions, which may be revised at any time without notice. Purchases made with Très Fancy's gift card will be deducted from the balance of this gift card and the residual value will be shown on your purchase receipt. Gift card does not expire and is not redeemable or refundable for cash. Très Fancy is not responsible for lost or stolen cards or unauthorized use of cards. This gift card is not valid if damaged or unreadable.

      FREE GIFTS WITH PURCHASE

      • Free Gifts with purchase must be returned together with your purchase to be eligible for a refund. Or, you can choose to return the purchase for an exchange or store credit and still keep the Free Gift.

      SPECIAL ORDERS, MONOGRAMMED OR CUSTOM ITEMS

      • Special orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Custom-made, bespoke, made to measure, and monogrammed items are considered special orders. Read more here

      DISCOUNTED ITEMS

      • Return of items discounted from 30% up to 50% of their original price can only be processed for store credit. No refund or product exchange can be applied in this case.
      • Within 14 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit on an online gift card. Sorry, no refunds on the original form of payment for the sale or discounted items.
      • All sale and discounted items 50% or more of their original price is a final sale.
      DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
      • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Très Fancy will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service.

      All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (shipping excluded) will be credited when Très Fancy has received and processed your return. Typically, within 7-10 business days after the item is delivered back to Très Fancy. You can check the status of your return within the My Account area. We will email you when the credit has been submitted to your credit card. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

      FURTHER RETURNS

      You can return your exchanged item within 28 days from the delivery date of your original order. You can use our contact form to let us know you’re canceling, not over facebook message. You need to tell us you don’t want the item within 14 days of receiving it. Once you’ve told us, you’ve got another 14 days to actually send the item back. Please note that for further returns, we can not guarantee refunds, only store credits, and exchanges, shipping and handling fees may apply. For returning a shipment, you may have to pay the cost of posting something back to our warehouse until it reaches us.

      Regular-Priced Merchandise

      • Within 14 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item or receive a refund to the original method of payment.

      • Within 21 days of purchase: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit.
      • After 30 days: we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

      Return & Exchange Details
      • For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and you’ll have to present a valid receipt.
      • Please note that bodysuits, swimwear, hosiery, jewelry and all intimates except bralettes are final sale.
      • Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card. Nice and simple.

      You are going to make a return of the certain item(s). Now we have a specified procedure to follow. It means that you need to register your return online.
      To do so, please log in here. You will use your email address and the correspondent order number.

       

      1. Fill the Return Form in.

      2. Reuse of the same packaging.

      3. Prepare items and make the return parcel securely packed.

      4. Use a return label to send the package back.

      If you have received a set of the return documents enclosed with your order (a Return Form and a Return Label). Please fill in the Return Form carefully and enclose it with your return parcel. Note that it's very important for us to get the return reason code to process every product accordingly. In some cases, the customers may need to register a return online following the instructions on the Return Form.
      You have to return the item in its original packaging, and you do need to make sure it’s packaged in a way that means it doesn’t get damaged. Our sellers can ask you to pay if something gets damaged because it wasn’t packaged properly. We can also ask you to pay (or reduce your refund) if you’ve reduced the value of the item, eg if you wore shoes outside and scuffed the soles, etc...We encourage you to use the original parcel package to pack the items you wish to return. Our company goes green and we are struggling to eliminate the wastes around the world.
      Please pack each item in the original packaging that the goods arrived in, and make sure all the tags and labels remain attached to the product. Regrettably, we won't be able to accept the return if the item has been used, damaged, or the tags and labels were removed. Put the goods inside the package and remember to enclose a filled in Return Form as well.
      When you're done with all previous steps, the return package is ready to be delivered to the closest pick-up point to be given to a selected carrier. To make a return, it's important to use the same carrier as the one initially chosen to deliver your order. Following this simple rule allows us to eliminate the mistakes and losses of returns on routing. When the return arrives and the parcel is processed, you will be immediately notified via email about your return acceptance.
